    As a professional beach volleyball player I found that a mental side of sport is equally or even more important than physical side. I just love this journal. It’s really helpful to keep focus on my goals. At the beginning it’s of course a little challenging, but trust me once you get into rhythm it becomes an essential part of the growth process. Journaling has helped me to improve on the court and outside the court. Every evening I can just slow down my mind and see the small steps I already did to reach my long-term goals. And what I would like to say more, that I have a lot of fun when I’m filling out the journal so it’s not duty anymore.
